Rough Cleanup
We have been working with Homebuilders for over 20 years, giving us the experience and ability to perform and construct along with our business partners. As homes are being constructed, some of our services include but are not limited to:
- Lumber, lath paper, chicken wire pick up throughout construction job
- Various sweeps are performed such as: roof sheeting sweep, and electrical sweeps, frame inspection sweep.
- Rough final window wash is completed right before, carpet installation.
- After home has been textured and cleaned out, a baseboard sweep is done along with a box out sweep. Here after, our crew is sent out to do a rough final clean to prepare the home for carpet installation.
Hauling ServicesSame/next day service available to remove any debris, junk, concrete, rock, asphalt, gravel rocks, furniture and much more. You name it, we haul it! Dumpster rentals available upon request for drop off at your property. Once the container is full or we get a call to pick up the container we will do so.
Window WashingWe clean all commercial, industrial and residential windows inside and out. Our window washing services include window tracks, screens, window sills and window frames.
Rolloff ServicesWe offer 20 and 40 yard containers. These containers are great for the use of construction, roofing, land cleaning, demolition, weed abatement and agriculture.

Street SweepingJ & R Services, Inc. is available day and night to service parking lots, parking garages, streets within an HOA and general street sweeping. Our broom sweeper trucks carry water and spray during the rotation of the brooms to reduce dust.
LaborersWhen a construction site needs extra man power, we provide laborers to go out and assist the superintendents to perform any extra work that is necessary to keep the job site looking clean.
Final/Finish/Move In CleansOur crews are well experience, to thoroughly clean out the new constructed home, after carpet installation for a turn-key.

Model/Office MaintenanceWe offer corporate office maintenance as well and services in common areas in residential communities. Some services offered but not limited to are: maintenance at the pool area, window washing and painting.
